To ensure your safety on your ride we have put together some guidance in relation to the rides.

 

• Our rides are not led; they are social rides where a route is suggested and we facilitate riding that route. However we will always endeavour to ensure that riders are accompanied for navigation purposes.

 

• All riders participate at their own risk on equipment that is fit for the conditions.

 

• All riders should obey good road manners at all times and wear clothing that promotes good visibility where possible also respecting other road users and members of the public.

 

• All riders MUST WEAR A HELMET.

 

• Please remember to have a set of lights that are capable of getting you home.

 

• Rides are intended for adults only.

 

• Depending on the ride we may stipulate an expected average speed where the ride is likely to be strenuous – please ensure you are realistic about your abilities in these cases.

 

• Above all, have a great ride and respect your fellow cyclists!
